Who we are
Regulus is a service of MIDATEL TECHNOLOGY, Spain. Contact: shuy.zur@goregulus.com.
What Regulus does, and what it does not
Regulus helps manufacturers and consultancies prepare documentation under Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act) from the information they enter. It is a documentation tool. It is not legal advice, it is not a conformity assessment, and it does not certify anything.
The documents say what you recorded. Where information is missing they mark it as pending; they never fill it in for you. The manufacturer remains solely responsible for the conformity of its products and for every document it signs, including the EU declaration of conformity.
Accounts
- Manufacturer accounts are free.
- Consultancy (partner) accounts have a 30-day trial and then a paid subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- You keep your password secret and are responsible for what is done with your account.
- A consultancy entering a client's data confirms it has that client's permission to do so.
Your data
What you enter is yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your documents at any time and delete your account from Settings, which deletes all its data.
Expert validation
If you request a review of your documentation, your request and, with your explicit consent, your data and documents are passed to an independent consultant. The consultant quotes the review before starting; any engagement is between you and the consultant on the terms they offer.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Regulus available and correct but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of the documents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We will notify registered users by email of material changes to these terms at least 15 days before they apply. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
